Joy spend 7 hours last Saturday in a training meeting for scout leaders and then another hour or so in a meeting on Tuesday night. He also gets to have a background check and do 6 or 8 online classes on the BSA web site. His new calling is keeping him busy already.
Brenda went to the dentist Tuesday morning to have a crown seated and a cleaning. According to the x-rays they took, she won't have to have any more dental work done for at least another 6 months. Unfortunately, when the torture of the morning was over and she was ready to go home, her car wouldn't start. It had to be towed to the shop and is still there, pending arrival of a tiny $600 part that is necessary before a diagnosis can even be made.
Kara has decided, for some mysterious reason, that she has changed her name to Princess Peach.
Amy, not one to be left out, has changed her name to Rainbow.
QOSROIT: What did you dream about last night?
Happy May Day!

The Petersons

I don't remember what I dreamed about.
OH NO- your car didn't start?? LAME!!! And I wasn't there to return the favor of hanging with you while your car got towed?! Sorry!!!
Well- say hi to Princess Peach and Rainbow for me. (Isn't Princess Peach off the Mario Brothers game?)
Welcome to scouting, Joy. The world of too many meetings and a foreign language all their own.
Amy,
Dearest Brenda
How I love that Princess Peach and Miss Rainbow have such great imaginations. xoxo You are such a good mom. The tulip festival no less. I love that you are teaching them about the beautify of the earth. Your dental experience sounds like insult to injury when your car would not start. Oh the joys of life. :-) I am proud of Joy doing Scouting...he would be so great with the kids.
Love you
Gina
