Kara has suddenly started singing the alphabet. We're not sure where she learned it, but she can sing from A to H and then from Q to Z.

One night we were discussing table manners after Dad remarked that Amy must have learned hers from the cats. She told us that Aurora has bad "counter manners."

Joy and Brenda went to a Jazz game last Tuesday night. It was exciting to be with thousands of other fans cheering on our basketball team. And we won, breaking a 4-game losing streak.

Little bookworms

Kara set up a nice little reading spot for herself

Kara has the Little Critter dentist book pretty much memorized. If you leave out a random word or phrase, she can fill it in.

Amy has discovered "Alice in Wonderland" in her Disney book. She's totally obsessed.

Joy and Brenda have been working hard in the basement. We've given away 3 van-loads of stuff, and thrown away quite a bit as well. Now Joy has plenty of working space to start on the ventilation. We're on our way to doubling our living space!
