In the Valley of the Sun

We spent last week in Arizona, where Joy attended a business conference, and Brenda and the girls just played.

Amy & Kara both said their favorite part of the trip was swimming in the pools at the hotels. It was sunny and in the 70s while we were there!

Brenda's favorite part of the trip was hanging out with friends that she hasn't seen in several years, and, especially, spending time with her best friend CJ!

Joy's favorite thing was the Tuesday-night activity at his conference: a Southwest-style fiesta that included bull riding and gun fighting (pictures to come as soon as they become available).

Amy asked Mom if she could get her ears pierced, but said she wants to wait until she's 8.

After Joy helped a client in Croatia with an emergency over the weekend, one of his co-workers told him that he is phenominal.

Brenda is excited to see most of her tulips poking up, even through some snow.
